We are seeking a diligent and experienced Banking & Financial Services Litigation Attorney to join our team in New Jersey or Philadelphia. This pivotal role involves representing financial institutions in mortgage foreclosure litigation. Salary:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Direct representation of financial institutions in mortgage foreclosure cases. Drafting and filing of key legal documents including pleadings and motions. Management of case files from inception through completion. Conducting comprehensive legal research and formulating case strategies. Regular communication with clients to discuss case progress and strategies. Collaboration with other attorneys to ensure effective case management and optimal outcomes. Minimum Position Qualifications: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Must be admitted to the bar in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. Minimum of 2–4 years experience in mortgage foreclosure litigation representing lenders. Proven legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities. Experienced in all phases of foreclosure litigation including pleadings, motion practice, and client interactions. Preferred Qualifications: Bankruptcy litigation experience is highly advantageous. Skills: Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple cases effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrative capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
