to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a
collaborative and collegial environment

sophisticated, high-stakes commercial matters . Key Responsibilities: Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation. Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery, and participate in trial preparation. Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case management. Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a team-oriented culture. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New Jersey. Minimum of
5 years of experience
in complex commercial litigation. Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Position Highlights: Low billable hour requirement : 1,850 hours annually. Competitive compensation : Starting at
$185,000 , plus
