Promote and cross-sell various products and services through calls, notices, and face-to-face visits to service, maintain, and develop relationships, increase deposits and loans, and identify business opportunities. Provide personalized service to all bank customers to attract new clients and enhance Amerant Bank’s market presence. Increase customer's wallet share to retain clients and boost their lifetime value. Develop and maintain corporate banking relationships within the community. Offer financial solutions to meet business needs and develop deposit and loan relationships to meet regional goals. Understand credit and underwriting standards per bank policies. Evaluate and monitor credit portfolios, develop strategies for growth, and manage related risks. Make credit recommendations and present to Loan Committee as needed. Approve loans and transactions within lending authority. Manage customer overdraft and uncollected funds transactions prudently, minimizing risk. Review account activities to identify and mitigate risks related to compliance, laws, and policies. Ensure officers operate within bank policies and risk parameters. Represent Amerant Bank in community and economic development activities, such as chambers of commerce. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with formal credit training. At least seven years of experience in corporate or middle-market banking, with proven skills in business development, credit analysis, and relationship management. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of banking regulations, including BSA. Additional Details
