Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is a plus Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing setting At least 3 years of experience managing accounting teams Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards Proven experience in cost accounting and inventory control within a manufacturing environment Skilled in using ERP platforms and financial reporting tools Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Excellent leadership and communication skills Familiarity with process improvement frameworks is advantageous
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
3% 401k match. Can accrue up to 80 hours in the first year and then up to 120 hours a year after that.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Dresser,WI.
