Manage AP processes across two platforms, including invoice processing, 2-way/3-way matching, and vendor reconciliations Perform monthly accruals, journal entries, and financial closings Handle vendor communications and resolve PO and payment issues Support audits and maintain accurate records across multiple entities Process expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and sales tax reporting Qualifications
4+ years in accounting with 2+ years in AP Strong knowledge of AP workflows, accruals, and 3-way/2-way matching Experience with MS Excel and construction accounting software (CMIC, RAMCO, Certify) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Familiarity with project accounting and 1099 reporting Ready to bring your AP expertise to a fast-paced environment?
