The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations at the location. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and meeting financial goals. Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that arise Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed Develop and implement strategies to meet financial goals Monitor and analyze sales and expenses to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve overall business objectives Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 5+ years of experience in a management role Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
