- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive the most effective and efficient care possible.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.

- Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs)  to document patient care and communicate with healthcare professionals.

- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes and discharge summaries.

**Requirements:**

- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Register Nurse in Florida.

- Experience working in a hospital or home community care setting.

- Strong physiology knowledge and experience with airway management.

- Ability to travel to patients' homes as needed.

- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and experience with home community care.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
