A fantastic hospital near Lakewood, NJ is seeking a full-time, permanent Nurse Manager to join their amazing team!

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000/annually

The Nurse Manager Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8s
  
• Retention bonus and comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement included with this Nurse Manager position
  
• The Nurse Manager will supervise and ensure completion of nursing care, treatment, and services by appropriately assigning and overseeing nursing staff on the designated shift or unit
  

Nurse Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred
  
• Active RN license or Compact RN license required, or must be eligible to obtain prior to start
  
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within one year of starting position
  
• Minimum of two years experience in an inpatient hospital setting
  
• Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued
