Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Occupational Health)

TEEMA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time contract assignment at our onsite health clinic in Winnemucca, NV. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality primary and occupational care in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
Position DetailsAssignment Dates: November 3, 2025 – January 26, 2026 (13 weeks)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed
Setting: Primary Care, Walk-In and Occupational Health
Contract Type: Full-time, 13 weeks with potential extension or permanent employment
Location: Winnemucca, NV (Golden Valley area)
Compensation: Competitive; details provided during screening
Provide comprehensive primary and episodic care to employees and dependents
Manage walk-in visits for acute conditions and minor injuries
Perform occupational health evaluations and screenings
Diagnose and treat both chronic and acute illnesses within scope of practice
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system (EPIC)
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
National Board Certification as a Family or Adult NP
Active DEA license
BLS certification required
Experience in primary care, urgent care or occupational health preferred
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills with the ability to work independently
