Location: Little Rock, Arkansas

Our Personal Injury (PI) Clinic is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. You'll have the opportunity to provide expert care to patients recovering from soft tissue and musculoskeletal injuries, working alongside our talented chiropractic and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough preliminary examinations for new patients.
  • Obtain detailed patient histories and perform musculoskeletal and soft tissue assessments.
  • Recommend diagnostic imaging (e.g., X-rays) when clinically appropriate.
  • Prescribe and tailor therapeutic modalities (heat, ice, ultrasound, electrical stimulation) and exercises to each patient's needs.
  • Document findings, treatment recommendations, and progress notes in accordance with clinic protocols.
  • Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Educate patients about their injuries, treatment options, and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with state practice laws, professional standards, and clinic policies.

Scope of Practice:

  • Included: Soft tissue and musculoskeletal injury care, diagnostics, modalities, therapeutic exercise prescriptions.
  • Excluded: Prescription medications, injections, and invasive procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted APRN license in [State].
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program; Family Practice, Adult, or Orthopedic focus preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation, and non-pharmacological treatment approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Prior experience in personal injury, orthopedics, sports medicine, or rehabilitation strongly preferred.
