What We're Looking For:

• A licensed Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical acumen and great communication skills.

• Ability to independently generate and formulate comprehensive visit notes.

• Wound Care experience is a plus—but not required. We value curiosity and a willingness to learn.

• A heart for patient-centered care and a drive to make a difference.
