Responsibilities:

Full scope of primary care includes new admissions, follow-up visits etc.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8-hour shifts

Requirements:

• Active NP license in the state of NJ
  
• DEA license
  
• 1+ year experience working as an NP
  
• Nursing home experience- highly preferred
  

Salary:

• Highly competitive salary ranging between $145,000-150,000 annually!
