What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform comprehensive physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct pre-employment health screenings and fitness-for-duty evaluations.

• Provide timely assessment and management of work-related injuries and exposures.

• Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and case documentation.

• Deliver employee education and counseling to promote wellness and prevent injuries.

About You

• • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and board-certified Nurse Practitioner.

  • Licensed NP in the state of Massachusetts with active DEA and prescriptive authority.

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

  • Minimum 2 years of NP experience with adult patients.

  • Clinical background in Urgent Care, Sports Medicine, or Emergency Medicine is required.

  • Prior Occupational Health experience is preferred.

  • Comfortable being the sole provider in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
