Base pay range

$89.00/hr - $110.00/hr

Overview

• Lead ICU nursing operations at a nationally recognized healthcare facility.

• Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic planning initiatives.
• Manage ICU budget and resource allocation effectively.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years ICU nursing experience required; 7 years preferred.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in acute care settings.
• Certified Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the healthcare facility.
