Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Software Engineer with expertise in Terraform, Java, and AWS services, including Lambda, S3, API development, MQTT, and Kinesis. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and applications that involve real-time data streaming, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy AWS cloud environments using Terraform.
Develop and maintain Java-based applications integrated with AWS services.
Build and manage serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
Implement and optimize AWS S3 storage solutions for data management.
Design and develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with cloud applications.
Work with MQTT protocols to enable efficient messaging in IoT and cloud-based systems.
Develop and manage real-time data streaming applications using AWS Kinesis.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and management.
Ensure cloud environments are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to support cloud initiatives.
Monitor cloud infrastructure and perform necessary maintenance.
Implement best practices for cloud security and compliance.
Document infrastructure designs and processes.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or software development.
Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
Strong experience with Java programming.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, IoT Core, S3, API Gateway, and other AWS services.
Expertise in RESTful API development and integration.
Experience with MQTT messaging protocols for IoT and cloud applications.
Proficiency in AWS Kinesis for real-time data streaming and processing.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.


Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Understanding of event-driven architecture (SNS, SQS, Kafka)
Knowledge of IoT frameworks and device communicatio •          

AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS IOT)n protocols.
