The Cypress Group is hiring: Senior Software Engineer in San Francisco

Our client is a growing, award-winning startup software company based in San Francisco. They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Product Engineering team in a hybrid capacity, in-office 3 days / week in San Francisco.

Qualified candidates will have 7-10+ years of hands-on industry experience building B2B SaaS software using Python, Django (or Flask, Fast API, etc.), PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, etc. as well as experience using LLMs in a production environment. Applicants must have experience working in a growing startup, and must have experience working in a highly regulated domain involving data privacy and security. Experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries are prefered, or a regulated fintech environment. BSCS or equivalent is required, advanced degrees are preferred.

The Senior Software Engineer will participate in full life-cycle development of the core platform and must be an organized self-starter with excellent communication skills. Must exibit the ability to write clean, high-quality, high-performance maintainable code.
