Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Medical Enrollment client to start Upon Interview at $19.00/HR. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:
Customer Service

• Inbound/Outbound calls assisting members with requests
• Educate members on Medicaid policies, enrollment, plan options, and benefits
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of members
• Ensures accuracy and quality on all calls

Location: Indiana and Michigan

Schedule/Shift Details

• Day Shift
• Monday - Friday
• 7:00am - 7:00pm Central Time
• Some weekends may be required if needed when demand is high and for team meetings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of Medicaid
• Ability to pass a knowledge assessment
