• Tuesday – Saturday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday – Thursday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday – Monday | 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Training Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Classroom + Floor Shadowing)

You’ll be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating with technicians and subcontractors, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer needs.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming work ticket orders via phone or electronically
• Verify and qualify customer service requests
• Dispatch purchase orders and coordinate technician check-ins
• Provide prompt, knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, food service, or call center)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple systems
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
