Key Responsibilities:
- Process RFQs, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, performing cost analyses, and maintaining pricing records.
- Manage sales orders, verify purchase agreements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain order status updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, invoices, and product concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and sales to maintain product documentation and pricing.
- Prepare monthly KPIs, drive process improvements, and assist in developing pricing catalogs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in a global customer service role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry is required.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and adaptability to change.
