Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries about services rendered in a healthcare setting
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve  issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Day shift hours, NO weekends!

​Qualifications:

• NEED previous experience in healthcare customer service
• Spanish speaking candidates preferred but not required
• Must pass 45 WPM typing test
