Job SummaryThe Customer Service Support role will be responsible for managing a high-volume mailbox and responding to employee inquiries related to payroll. This includes resolving discrepancies guiding employees on how to access pay-related information and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the payroll inquiry mailbox
- Respond to employee questions regarding pay discrepancies direct deposits tax forms and other payroll-related issues
- Provide step-by-step guidance on accessing payroll documents and systems
- Escalate complex issues to the payroll or HR team as needed
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent and accurate information
- Support the team during the post-merger transition period
Qualifications
- Prior experience in payroll support customer service or HR operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
- Familiarity with payroll systems and employee portals is a plus

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
