As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and creative Customer Service and Designer to join our team.

About the Role:

The Customer Service and Designer position is a unique blend of creative design and customer interaction and is the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the cabinet selection, design, and ordering process. Your eye for design, attention to detail, and passion for customer satisfaction will ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in ProKitchen or 2020 Design software

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Previous experience in cabinetry, home improvement, or interior design is preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player

Responsibilities:

  • Use ProKitchen or 2020 Design software to create kitchen cabinet layouts and designs

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and order placement

  • Follow up on orders and coordinate with the warehouse team

  • Support the sales team and customers with designs and quotes

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
