Position: Customer Service

Location: Oklahoma City

Pay Rate: $15/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (possible overtime)

Overview

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a great team. In this role, you will support the Customer Service department by handling calls, assisting customers, and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly assistance to customers
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and direct calls as needed
• Perform general administrative duties to support the department
• Maintain accurate records and update information systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center or administrative role is required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  
  

Compensation & Schedule

• $15/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
