The successful Customer Service Crew Member can:
- Greet and positively engage guests
- Accurately take orders and process payments
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment
- Work well with Delivery Partners
- Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping
The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member can:
- Answer questions about menu items and promotions
- Prepare ingredients and menu items
- Restock products and workstations
- Use kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, and grills
- Keep the work environment clean
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old; no experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Positive, friendly demeanor to work well with coworkers and guests
