We’re currently hiring a Call Center Representative for our client's growing team in Woodridge, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is looking to grow their career in customer service.
? Key Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service-related issues
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
- Adhere to call center scripts, policies, and procedures
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
- Weekend availability is required
