We’re currently hiring a Call Center Representative for our client's growing team in Woodridge, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is looking to grow their career in customer service.

? Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service-related issues
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
  • Adhere to call center scripts, policies, and procedures
? Requirements:
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
  • Weekend availability is required
Pay: $21–$22/hour

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
