Job Description

• Hours: Monday to Friday – around 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
• We are looking for a motivated, positive professional to join the Woodbury Customer Service Team!
• Prairie Farms Woodbury’s customer service team is responsible for providing extraordinary customer service through understanding, anticipating and responding to our customers’ needs.
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Accurately enter orders coming by phone, email or fax.
• Review and monitor incoming orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with all internal and external customers.
• Assist customers with order inquiries, shipping information, pricing and other requests in a timely manner.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
• Complete customer billings, adjustments and credit memos daily.
• Maintain complete and accurate records.
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer orientation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient ten key and typing skills.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and prioritization skills.
• Motivated, team-player that can also work independently.
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.
• Ability to work fluently with email.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Able to complete basic mathematics.
• College degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service.
