Position Overview
PCG is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is critical in supporting our clients by providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately document customer interactions and update client records in the system
- Provide information, support, and problem resolution related to PCG’s services and programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to deliver accurate and helpful information
- Adhere to confidentiality standards and ensure compliance with PCG policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working independently and meeting productivity benchmarks
- Experience working with public sector clients or programs is a plus
Work Hours
- 15–25 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available during standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
