Job Description:

About the Role:

We're seeking a Customer Support and Logistics Associate to support our rental and service operations. This role involves coordinating orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting customers, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. You'll split time between office work and occasional warehouse duties, including inspections and possible forklift operation.

Job Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
  • Manage rental orders, deliveries, and returns using Rental Results
  • Track inventory and parts availability
  • Schedule service technicians and manage related work orders
  • Assist with billing, contract updates, and documentation
  • Support shop technicians and prepare internal reports
  • Perform light warehouse inspections as needed (forklift use may be required)
  • Work closely with the branch team to meet customer needs and resolve issues

We Are Only Considering Candidates With the Following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant administrative, operations, or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems
  • Ability to work both in an office and warehouse setting (PPE provided)
  • Forklift experience preferred
