Position: Customer Service Specialist

Pay: $18.00/hour

Shifts: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision

The Lee Group is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to support the Sales Department at a top-tier manufacturer in Williamsburg, VA. Job Responsibilities Of Customer Service Specialist

  • Partner with the sales team to exceed customer service expectations
  • Manage customer purchase orders, changes, and returns according to company policies
  • Provide timely order confirmations and communicate delays as needed
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer quotes
  • Accurately communicate product pricing to customers
  • Liaise with sales, supply chain, production, and shipping teams
  • Support production job creation and documentation
  • Assist in improving work processes and instructions
  • Process Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to prevent repeat issues
  • Maintain strict customer confidentiality
  • Participate actively in department meetings and improvement initiatives

Job Qualifications Of Customer Service Specialist

  • Associate degree (or higher) in a relevant field
  • Prior B2B or industrial customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Of Customer Service Specialist

  • This is a fully office-based position
  • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
  • Light physical demands typical of an office environment
