Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and processing service requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for appliance repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide services offered to customer, pricing, and policies. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting appliance issues and guide them on next steps.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Collaborate with technicians and service managers to ensure smooth operations and customer communication.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services offered, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the appliance or home services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
