Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gadsden, AL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Daily tasks will include responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests, resolving insurance-related issues, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
