Our growing business is looking for an experienced CSR to join our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.

The successful candidate for this role will have/ obtain a strong command of Lindsay Windows product lines, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Customer Service Representative responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming customer calls regarding product questions, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
  • Respond to customers within 4 business hours by email or voice messaging
  • Provide accurate quote information within 8 business hours
  • Input orders with 100% accuracy
  • Work with the sales team to stay updated on product knowledge
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving


Customer Service Representative skills

  • 3-5 years Customer Service experience
  • Building or Construction experience helpful
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Must be willing and able to work from our office in North Mankato daily!
