Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you’ll manage order processing, coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting daily operations.

Location: Delmont, PA (onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you’ll manage order processing, coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track customer orders ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, quantities, and delivery details
  • Manage escalated inquiries related to shipment tracking, shortages, overages, and product quality
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to meet customer delivery expectations
  • Process product returns and invoice adjustments promptly and accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date pricing records, initiate price changes, and process sample requests
  • Provide sales teams with regular updates on orders, pricing discrepancies, and competitive activity
  • Participate in periodic inventory audits and support logistics coordination when needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience within manufacturing or distribution
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with basic math skills
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
