Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Liberty, MO. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer support tasks including addressing customer inquiries in regard to their existing and new policies and quotes, providing excellent customer service and assist in daily sales activities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing customer experiences. Daily tasks will involve phone etiquette and direct interaction with customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
