Customer Service Associate
The Customer Service Associate provides exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, fostering a culture of empowerment among employees to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities include handling first contact resolution and managing the customer interaction experience at the location. The associate promptly resolves customer issues at the counter with professionalism and hospitality. They serve as the primary Net Promoter Score (NPS) liaison for the management team, updating and communicating performance actions related to NPS, analyzing results to identify causes, and implementing plans to improve guest satisfaction. The role involves communicating customer needs to employees, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching. Ensuring adherence to all corporate policies and procedures is also essential.
Wage: $16.00/hr
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, including operations and sales. Rental car experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service, communication, relationship-building, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
