Job Description: Customer Service Representative at Friendly Group

Friendly Group is seeking a customer-oriented service representative. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal CSRs are genuinely excited to assist customers, patient, empathetic, and passionate communicators who enjoy talking and advocating for customers. They should excel at gathering customer feedback, troubleshooting, and investigating to resolve complaints, aiming to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage large volumes of incoming calls
  2. Generate sales leads
  3. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  4. Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication
  5. Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods/tools
  6. Meet sales targets and call-handling quotas
  7. Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up
  8. Keep records of interactions and process customer accounts
  9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  10. Engage customers proactively

Schedule:

  • 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
  • Weekends (Rotating Saturdays)
