Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Serve as a Phone Team Representative supporting financial professionals, assistants, and Brokerage General Agencies throughout the life insurance application process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support, including guidance on e-Application systems, status updates, and education on internal processes from submission to policy finalization.
• Research and resolve application issues by collaborating with internal teams such as Case Management and Underwriting to ensure smooth processing and timely responses.

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience
