Inkelaar Law is seeking a passionate and energetic Bilingual Customer Service Representative(s) who is ready to make a real difference in clients’ lives. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to grow your career while helping those who’ve been injured and need a voice.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first impression of our firm — greet clients with empathy and professionalism
• Handle client calls, updates, and questions in both English and Spanish
• Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to move cases forward smoothly
• Keep clients informed, engaged, and supported throughout their case
• Accurately input data and help organize case files using our case management system
  
  

What You Bring

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Prior customer service or client-facing experience preferred
• A friendly, upbeat attitude and genuine compassion for helping people
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new systems
