Graham-Simon Plumbing Company, LLC (GSP) of Clarksburg, WV is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative. Are you a customer service professional who loves working with people? This Customer Service Representative position earns a competitive wage of $14.00 - $19.00/hour, depending on experience. The schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 4:30 pm. With optional evening and weekend work, there are always opportunities to make even more! We are also happy to offer generous benefits, including a 401(k) plan and profit-sharing. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person--and is one of the reasons that our customers enjoy doing business with us. You answer their questions and resolve issues for them or escalate to a manager as appropriate. For service inquires, you create jobs in the dispatching software. With pride, you help keep the office clean and organized. You enjoy interacting with people and thrive in our friendly, fast-paced environment. You get great satisfaction out of ensuring that our clients are happy, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly!

Qualifications For a Customer Service Representative

  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • Typing and data entry skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Any experience in plumbing or the other home services trades would be a plus but is not required. Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? If so, then you might just be perfect for this Customer Service Representative position!
