Responsibilities

• Client Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by addressing insurance-related inquiries promptly and accurately.


• Claims Handling: Assist customers with the claims process, providing guidance and support every step of the way.


• Policy Updates: Facilitate policy changes and document necessary updates to ensure coverage meets customer needs.


• Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming to achieve satisfaction with every interaction.


• Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.


• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our insurance products to effectively answer customer questions and concerns.

Requirements

• Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty License is preferred.


• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance is advantageous.


• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.


• Customer Focused: Drive to provide exceptional service and problem-solving.


• Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
