Responsibilities

- Claims Handling: Assist customers with the claims process, providing guidance and support every step of the way.
- Policy Updates: Facilitate policy changes and document necessary updates to ensure coverage meets customer needs.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming to achieve satisfaction with every interaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our insurance products to effectively answer customer questions and concerns.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty License is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focused: Drive to provide exceptional service and problem-solving.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
- Team Oriented: Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
