Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Location: Plainfield, IL (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $18.50 – $20.20 per hour

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday with rotating weekends (Multiple shifts available)

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Review and correct customer paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Process customer payments in multiple systems
• Accurately process claims and follow up as needed
• Schedule and track installations to ensure timely completion
• Resolve escalated issues and drive positive outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and permitting
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• High attention to detail and empathy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (3+ years)
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to accurately process claims and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

The successful candidate will work closely with our internal teams to manage multiple priorities, ensure smooth operations, and demonstrate the ability to accurately process claims while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
