About the Role: Responsible for supporting customer accounts and Account Manager through process control, paperwork management, and procedure management.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Shipping Supervisor and Quality Supervisor to communicate, prioritize, and expedite products in and out of the operating system.
• Handles customer order processing via EDI releases and direct customer communication.
• Processes customer order changes and maintenance.
• Submits ASN’s via e-mail, EDI, and customer web portals.
• Submits picks, BOL’s, and packing lists for remote and in-house customer shipments.
• Generates shipments after receiving pick details back from Material Handler/Plant Supervisor.
• Follows up on customer satisfaction regarding requests, schedule inquiries, complaints, returns.
• Participates in APQP meetings and helps set up parts in MAS 500 as needed.
• Processes ECN’s as needed.
• Processes Scraps / debits / inventory transactions.
• Reports on the Customer backlog weekly to Plant Manager and Director of Materials.
• Ensure 100% on time delivery to customer.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to type and have familiarity with a computer keyboard and windows environment.
• Must pass a physical exam by a physician of our choice. Verbal, written, and visual activities required.

Required Skills:

• Should be detailed oriented, very organized, able to handle a high pace environment and be accurate with addition and subtraction.

Pay range and compensation package: Full-time, salaried - $45k-$55k
