Opening: Customer Service Representative

Location: NW Portland, OR

Pay: $20-25/hr DOE!

Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Who We Are:

A well-established local commercial printing company in NW Portland is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced and collaborative office environment. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

You will support customers, vendors, and team members through various communication channels, process orders by analyzing data, and maintain organized records. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively within a communicative team environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, customer service excellence, tech confidence, and creative problem-solving under pressure.

• Analyzing data from various sources to process customer orders
• Maintaining accurate and organized records
• Collaborating with a supportive and communicative team while also working independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A sharp eye for detail (you catch things others might miss)
• A natural at providing excellent customer service
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
