WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

We offer competitive base pay of $17 - $20/hour. You are eligible for commission, with top performers making up to $75,000/year! This is more than just your next healthcare job-it's your launchpad to success.

This is a full-time healthcare position with the following hours:

• Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Tuesday-Thursday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

As a Customer Service Rep, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and driving meaningful client relationships. You will connect with individuals by phone to understand their needs and match them with the right insurance solutions. You'll become a trusted consultant who not only helps clients but also works to exceed personal and team goals. While staying up-to-date on industry trends and compliance, you'll sharpen your skills, build confidence, and set yourself up for a rewarding career. As you grow in the role, you'll be encouraged to move into a licensed sales position-we will cover all licensing costs to make that transition as smooth and exciting as possible.
