Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Aurora, CO
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
In office: 100% Onsite

Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will support internal and external customers by managing full-service orders from start to finish. You'll work closely with a Sales Executive, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, timely follow-up, and the ability to multitask in a tech-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and track customer orders in internal systems
- Make initial welcome calls and emails to new customers
- Communicate order statuses, delays, and product exceptions
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage timelines and component availability
- Proactively follow up with customers post-shipment to ensure satisfaction
- Research and resolve order-related issues or holds
- Coordinate part sourcing and substitutions through approved suppliers
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely communication across departments
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in an office or customer service role
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Comfort navigating various internal systems and databases
