Warehouse Associate / Driver
$17-$20.00 DOE

On behalf of our client, BBSI is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Driver. In this role, you will coordinate the movement of products in and out of the warehouse, make timely deliveries to customers, and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and delivery vehicles. This position is full-time and requires someone who is punctual, courteous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and check freight for accuracy.
• Clean, stock, and organize the warehouse as needed.
• Complete weekly inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain forklifts and yard vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition.
• Safely use lifts to move and stage incoming and outgoing lumber and products.
• Assist with unloading and organizing incoming freight.
• Make efficient deliveries to customers’ homes, unbox, assemble, and load furniture for delivery.
• Drive a large box truck between the warehouse and the main showroom.
• Use electronic tablets to track and complete delivery orders.
• Unload and clean the truck at the end of the day’s deliveries.
• Perform additional warehouse or delivery tasks as assigned.
• Be punctual, well-groomed, and ready to work each day.
• Always maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor with customers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. consecutively.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
• CDL is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience driving large box trucks is preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours/week.

Pay:

• $17.00-$20.00 DOE & Certifications
