Warehouse Associate
Location: Virginia Beach, VA | Schedule: Full-Time

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our lubricant products are safely received, organized, and prepared for timely delivery to our valued customers. What You’ll Do
- Receive, count, and inspect incoming stock; accurately record inventory using manual or digital systems.
- Pack and unpack products, ensuring items are stored in an organized and accessible manner.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload delivery trucks and move materials safely.
- Verify inventory levels by reconciling physical counts with system data.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Determine optimal storage methods based on product type and turnover.
- Drive Non-CDL and/or CDL trucks to pick up or deliver products as needed.
- Support internal teams and customers by distributing materials based on requisitions.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Experience with lubricants or similar products is a bonus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment.
- A proactive, safety-first mindset.
