If you are a Warehouse Associate with experience in Loading and Unloading, Shipping, and Receiving, THIS is your opportunity.

About the job: Perform functions including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, or managing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Unloading, sorting, and staging products.
2. Sorting, staging, and preparing orders for shipments using RF scanning system; manually pulling non-RF products as needed.
3. Sorting and placing stock on racks, shelves, or in bins according to location.
4. Regularly lift/move objects 50-80 lbs; occasionally team-lift/move 80-150 lbs.
5. Maintain daily/weekly warehouse equipment.
6. Communicate issues with shipping, delivery, packaging, and tagging requirements.
7. Respond to customer requests promptly.
8. Complete work accurately and with attention to detail.
9. Assist with inventory cycle counts.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
11. Operate warehouse PIT equipment safely.
12. Wear PPE as required.
13. Follow safety policies, report incidents, participate in training.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer and RF scanner knowledge preferred.
• Ability to pass PIT certifications.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.

Working Conditions

Stand, walk, occasionally sit. Use hands frequently. Reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch. Talk and hear regularly. Lift/move objects 50-80 lbs regularly; 80-150 lbs occasionally.

Physical Requirements

Moderate noise. Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions.
