What You’ll Do

• Assemble and inspect custom shower doors and related components.
• Safely handle and process glass and aluminum materials.
• Operate hand tools, machines, and production equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Work closely with your team to meet production goals and adapt to changing priorities.
• Assist in quality checks and inventory tasks as needed.
  
  

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to be flexible and help wherever needed — across shifts or tasks.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy materials safely.
• Prior experience with glass or manufacturing is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person.
  
  

• 4-day workweek (Four 10-hour shifts)
• Overtime available as needed
• Flexibility with scheduling is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) typically required.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is often preferred but not always necessary.
• Forklift certification may be required depending on the role.
  
  

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (often 50 lbs or more).
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
  
  

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory handling.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
