HPM Building Supply is hiring: Warehouse Associate in Keaau

Overview

HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Warehouse Associate, also referred to as a Warehouse Clerk, in the Custom Metal Roofing (CMR) Department. The expected pay range for a CMR Warehouse Associate or Clerk in Keaau is $18.50 to $21.15 per hour. The Custom Metal Roofing Warehouse Clerk is responsible for servicing customers for will-calls, deliveries, Young Brothers sailing, and inter-branch transfers. They ensure the products they pull and pack are accurate and in excellent condition. The warehouse clerk also keeps the warehouse neat and organized, receives products, and helps maintain accurate inventory records. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm, with some overtime work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Service customers for will-calls, deliveries, Young Brothers sailing, and inter-branch transfers.
• Pull and pack products accurately and ensure they are in excellent condition.
• Keep the warehouse neat and organized; receive products; assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• Knowledge of building materials is helpful
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift certification or ability to be forklift certified
• Ability to work in an outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
